Driving Directions:

From the North
Take either 121 South or I 35 South
If taking 121 South it will merge onto I 35 South near downtown
Then take 30 West towards Abilene
The second exit is Summit Ave, make a left turn
This road will wind and turn into 8 th St.
We are located at the Medical Plaza Office building just after the Cooper St intersection on the right hand side of the road across from Kindred Hospital

From the South
Take either 287 North or I 35 North to 30 West towards Abilene
The second exit is Summit Ave, make a left turn

From the West
Take 30 East towards Dallas
Exit at Summit Ave., make a right turn
This road will turn into 8 th St.

From the East
Take 30 West towards Abilene
Exit at Summit Ave., make a left turn

From South or Southwest
I35 North to the Golden Triangle exit
Make a right turn
Continue on Golden Triangle for a couple of miles
We are located about 2.5 mile past Highway 377
The office has a large red roof and is on the right hand side (Southside) of the road. If you have passed Pearson Lane and the large water tanks you have gone to far.

From East
Southlake Boulevard (1709) turns into Keller Parkway as you head west. We are located approximately 1.3 miles west of the Davis intersection on the left hand side (Southside) of the road soon after you pass the Pearson Lane light. The office has a large red roof.

From Southeast
Take 820 North to 121 North
Make a right turn on Precinct Line Rd
The road ends in about five miles at Davis Blvd
Make a right turn on Davis Blvd
Make a left turn on Southlake Blvd (1709), this turns into Keller Parkway.
We are located on the left side (Southside) of the road about 1.3 miles after the Davis intersection soon after you pass the Pearson Lane light. The office has a large red roof.

From the North
I35 South to the Golden Triangle exit
Make a left turn
Continue on Golden Triangle for a couple of miles

I35 North to the Golden Triangle exit
Make a right turn
Continue on Golden Triangle as it becomes Keller Parkway and then Southlake Blvd
The surgery center is located on the south side of the st at the intersection of Southlake Blvd and Shady Oaks

From East
If coming off of of 114 take the Southlake Boulevard (1709) exit.
Travel west till the intersection of Southlake Blvd and Shady Oaks
Make a left turn at the light into the medical office complex.

From Fort Worth
Take 820 North to 121 North
Make a right turn on Precinct Line Rd
The road ends in about five miles at Davis Blvd
Make a right turn on Davis Blvd
Make a right turn on Southlake Blvd (1709),
We are located on the right side (Southside) of the road at the Shady Oakes intersection where you will make a right turn into the office complex
