Vishnu Rumalla, MD
Dr. Vishnu Rumalla is a local Texan. Having grown up in Arlington, he is proud to serve his local Fort Worth community. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Miami, his general surgical training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey, and his plastic surgeon fellowship at Indiana University. Even after experiencing life outside of Texas, Dr. Rumalla always knew he wanted to return home to practice in Tarrant County.
An experienced reconstructive and plastic surgeon, Dr. Rumalla provides top-quality care that yields natural-looking results. Thanks to his broad training, Dr. Rumalla is qualified to perform breast, body, and facial cosmetic surgery as well as nonsurgical laser treatments.
Karen Sticka, PA-C

Karen Sticka is an NCCPA board-certified and state-licensed physician assistant who brings both clinical precision and a genuine artistic eye to our injectable treatments in Keller. Karen has advanced training from master-level courses across the country and hands-on experience alongside renowned plastic surgeons and dermatologists. She's built a reputation for delivering natural-looking results that her patients love.
Originally from New York, Karen earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Canisius College in Buffalo and completed the Physician Assistant Studies program at LeMoyne College in Syracuse before making Texas her home. Since joining Tarrant Plastic Surgery, she has become the go-to provider for BOTOX® Cosmetic, dermal fillers, and more.
